Based in Sylvan Lake, Rosalie enjoys lake life, quilting, yoga, and time with her grandchildren.

Kelsey brings strong customer service roots and a dynamic insurance background to Beyond. After starting in personal lines, she quickly advanced to managing commercial accounts across industries like aviation, tech, agriculture, and entertainment. An elected board member of the Professional Young Insurance Brokers Association, Kelsey also volunteers with Mamas for Mamas and Ronald McDonald House. She lives in Red Deer with her partner Tyson, their two boys, and two dogs—and she’s always up for camping, cooking, or quoting The Office.

Harwin brings nearly a decade of experience in personal lines insurance, offering tailored solutions and standout service. Originally from the Philippines, Harwin moved to Canada at age 5 and later studied business and marketing. His path into insurance was inspired by a close friend, and he’s never looked back. Outside the office, Harwin enjoys biking, snowboarding, and time at home with his husband and their dog, Bellatrix.

Madeline is Chief Administrative Officer at Beyond Insurance, where she streamlines operations and supports day-to-day functions across departments. BA Psychology grad from the University of Calgary, she’s pursuing her CAIB designation and ongoing leadership development. Outside of work, she teaches yoga, travels the world, and dotes on her chihuahua, Stella.
