    • How do I log in for the first time? 
      Download the app, enter your email, click “Forgot Password,” and follow the instructions in your email. OR Follow up the prompts in the email sent directly from us 

    • What can I do in the app/portal? 
      View policy documents, download pink cards, request changes, submit claims, and contact us directly. 

    • Can I still call or email you? 
      Absolutely! The app is just an extra option for convenience. 

    • What if I forget my password? 
      Click “Forgot Password” in the app or portal and follow the email reset steps. 

    • Why can’t I find my documents attached in emails anymore? 
      For security reasons, you’ll now access documents through the secure portal. 

    • What if I don’t see all my policies? 
      Contact us to confirm your email and ensure everything’s synced correctly. 

    • Can I add my partner or spouse to the app? 
      Yes! Just make sure we have their email on file, and we’ll help set up access. 

    • Is there a cost to using the portal or app? 
      Nope—it’s included in your service with Beyond Insurance. 

    • What devices are supported? 
      The app works on Apple and Android phones. You can also log in via desktop.

    • Can I use both the app and desktop? 
      Absolutely. Use the mobile app for quick access, or log into the portal from any browser. 

    • Is this replacing emails completely? 
      We’re shifting away from attaching sensitive documents to emails — this is safer for you. 

    • What if I don’t like tech? 
      We got you. Call us and we’ll help you over the phone or walk you through it in person.

  • Yes, absolutely! We have contracts with all major insurers and are happy to audit your policy for coverage and price details. We help you identify any gaps in your plan and develop a comprehensive strategy to keep you protected.

  • Via Credit Card: directly with your insurance company via Cash, Debit or Cheque in person at our office
    Via Cheque: Mailed directly to your insurance company
    Direct Withdrawal: Set up with your broker at the time of policy inception.

  • We need to receive your written authorization to have your policy cancelled. Please phone or email us and we will send you the appropriate form to sign.
