Reflecting on Wellness in 2025
Reflecting on Wellness in 2025
We integrated wellness into our daily practices and team culture. We are proud to have woven wellness into the very fabric of our team culture and community engagement, embracing a holistic approach that nurtures mental, physical, and emotional well-being.
As we close the year and look forward to the next, our commitment stays the same: to empower our team, support our community, and elevate the experience of insurance for every client we serve. We’re grateful for the partnerships, friendships, and opportunities 2025 brought, and we can’t wait to do even more in 2026.
Learning Together: Personal and Professional Growth
We believe that a strong team starts with continuous learning and personal development. This year, our team participated in a variety of educational and connection-building sessions designed to expand perspectives, sharpen skills, and strengthen our culture.
Stride Wellness Minutes – Monthly sessions with Stride Physio focused on mindfulness, movement, and team connection
Team Building with Bullskit – A creative, interactive session exploring the power of “yes” and improving communication in both personal and professional settings
Values Lunch and Learn with Kate McKenzie – A meaningful discussion centered on our core values: Respect, Connection, Wellness, Generosity, and Continuous Improvement
Movement and Stress Management Lunch and Learn with Mackenzie Kozlowski – Learning about breathwork, stress management, and fascial work
Professional Development Lunch and Learn with Paul Davis – Insights into compulsive hoarding and the unique challenges it presents from an insurance perspective
Wellness, Culture and Connection
Our Lunch and Learns, wellness minutes, and creative team sessions weren’t just meetings, they were opportunities to grow closer, learn better, and serve smarter.
We continued to celebrate life milestones, honour employee and client stories, and recognize that our greatest strength comes from the people on our team and in our community.
