Beyond Insurance’s 2025 Impact Report: A Year of Compassion, Wellness, and Connection

At Beyond Insurance, community isn’t something we talk about, it’s something we show up for. In 2025, our team continued to lean into what matters most: connection, care, and consistent action rooted in our core values of Wellness, Respect, Generosity, Continuous Improvement, and Connection.

As we look back on the year, two words stand out: momentum and recognition. Not only did we grow as a brokerage, we strengthened our role as an active, engaged partner within the communities we serve across Central Alberta and beyond.

2025 Impact at a Glance

In 2025, the Beyond Insurance team proudly contributed:

  • 739 volunteer hours dedicated to community initiatives

  • $12,786 in charitable giving and donations

  • Support for 16 community organizations and charities

Every hour volunteered and every dollar donated reflects our belief that meaningful change happens through collective, intentional action.

Community Care Through Action

Supporting families and individuals during critical moments remained at the heart of our efforts.

Our team showed up through hands-on volunteering, fundraising, and partnership-driven initiatives with organizations such as:

  • Ronald McDonald House Charities & Ronald McDonald House

  • Vantage Community Services

  • The Red Deer Homeless Foundation

  • Capstone Pride Block Party

  • Professional Young Insurance Brokers (PYIB)

By consistently showing up, we helped strengthen the capacity of organizations delivering family support, housing services, and social programs that our communities rely on.

Mental Health, Wellness & Inclusion

Wellness continues to be a cornerstone of Beyond Insurance, for our team and for the communities we serve.

In 2025, we actively supported initiatives focused on mental health awareness, inclusion, and access to care, including:

  • Movember, supporting men’s mental health and suicide prevention

  • Walk a Mile, raising awareness for survivors of domestic violence

  • PAPP Foundation, supporting mental health resources and education

Through sponsorships, volunteer participation, and awareness-driven events, our goal was simple: help reduce stigma and support access to critical mental health services.

Building Connection Through Local Partnerships

Strong communities are built through collaboration. In 2025, Beyond Insurance proudly partnered with and supported a wide range of local initiatives and events, including:

  • Capstone Pride Block Party

  • Festival of Trees

  • 360 Fitness Gala

  • Charity golf tournaments benefiting organizations such as CMHA, KidSport, Hockey Alberta Foundation, and Vantage Community Services

These partnerships allowed us to combine fundraising with relationship-building, creating impact that extends well beyond a single event.

The Outcome: Why It Matters

Our collective efforts in 2025 helped deliver meaningful outcomes across our communities:

  • Increased capacity for local organizations delivering family, housing, and social support

  • Greater awareness and reduced stigma surrounding mental health

  • Strengthened collaboration between nonprofits, businesses, and volunteers

  • Long-term partnerships built on trust, reliability, and shared values

This is what community impact looks like when people care enough to show up consistently.

Looking Ahead

At Beyond Insurance, giving back isn’t a checkbox, it’s part of who we are. As we move forward, we remain committed to supporting organizations that align with our values and continuing to invest time, energy, and resources where they matter most.

To every organization, volunteer, partner, and community member who walked alongside us in 2025: thank you. We’re grateful to be part of such a caring, engaged community and look forward to continuing this work together.
